I acquired a VSWB (Very short wheelbase) FWD from a fellow HPV list member. After trying to ride it, and gathering design inputs from several other people, we decided that this bike simply could not be ridden !. Imagine pushing a pencil across your desk by the eraser, and trying to get the tip exactly where you want it. Bikes want to have some positive trail. Not 10" of NEGATIVE trail.

Trying to use just the existing pieces to provide some positive trail isn't going to work. Pictures of design concepts to be here shortly.
